PE 1000 Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a premium-grade engineering thermoplastic with an extremely high molecular weight, giving it exceptional wear resistance, toughness, and impact strength. It offers an extremely low coefficient of friction and outstanding resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and corrosion. PE 1000 provides excellent performance in sliding, impact, and high-load applications, even at very low temperatures. Compared with PE 500, PE 1000 delivers superior wear life, quieter operation, and improved sliding properties, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments.
